While we apply safeguards to support quality, age-appropriateness, and child safe outputs:

• Content may still contain errors or inaccuracies
• Content should be reviewed by a parent, carer, or educator before being shared or used independently
• Because stories are shaped using a combination of the child's words and standard language structures, there may occasionally be similarities to existing phrases or story patterns

Parents, carers and educators remain responsible for supervising use and reviewing any content created.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Nurturing Minds AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurturing Minds AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination
